Do I need experience to come rafting?
Many of our rafters are first timers. We provide the expertise necessary for an enjoyable trip on the river. If you would like to just sit back and enjoy the ride, we suggest an oar boat with an experienced guide navigating the river for you. For our more adventurous guests, we suggest paddle rafts where each guest has an active role paddling the boat while the guide assists from the back of the boat (minimum of 4 guests needed per raft) Inflatable kayaks are also available upon request.
Do you ever see wildlife while you're on the river?
Yes – Golden eagles, chukars, ducks, geese, wild turkeys, otters, deer, elk, bears, and wild sheep are among many of the species often spotted along the banks.
